CUSTOMER OF DA’ WEEK

Y’all listen up now! This week we’re givin’ a big ol’ shoutout to our special folks, James & Kat Norton—true blue Cajun lovers! Down in Katy, Texas, they done brought the heat to our crawfish boil like only them Nortons could!

Now let me tell ya what was brewin’ on the menu, y’all! They had a whopping 60 lbs of “Hot Boiled Purged Crawfish” that'll make ya lick your fingers clean! And you better believe we ain’t stoppin’ there—grabbin’ a bucket of them 10 lbs of Snow Crab and 10 lbs of Large Brown Gulf Shrimp that’s fresher than a bayou breeze.

Wait, hold on! We got our in-house specialty sausage comin’ in hot with 5 lbs to share, plus the little ones gonna be feasting on our “Cluckin' Good Cajun Tender's”—that's them fried chicken tenders that’ll have ‘em hollerin’ for more!

Oh, and we can’t forget the “Creole Mama's Red Beans”—servin’ up that good ol’ Red Beans & Rice like your mama used to make. And for a lil’ twist, how ’bout some “Cajun Tacco'ra”? That’s right, boudin tacos wrapped in a warm flour tortilla, grilled to perfection!

James and Kat truly know how to throw a shindig, and we’re just lucky to have ‘em part of our crawfish boil family! 🎉🍽️🌶
