APRIL’S CUSTOMER OF DA MONTH

Y’all gather 'round and listen up! We got ourselves a big ol’ celebration as we roll out the red carpet for our April Customer of the Month, the Higuera family! They went all out to celebrate their son's 21st birthday, and let me tell ya, they did it up right with that true Cajun flair!

Now, let’s dive into the mouthwatering menu, shall we? The Higuera family dished up an impressive 175 lbs of boiled crawfish, complete with corn, potatoes, and a truckload of boiled mushrooms. Oh, and let's not forget our signature gumbo served over rice, along the best-tasting Higuera’s home made ceviche we've ever had, along with their delightful signature sauce.

From the moment we heard their nomination, the crew couldn't stop talkin' about how much fun they had at their crawfish boil. Manny even MC’d the whole event, making every guest feel a part of the celebration and including them in games and festivities. He played several games throughout the night, giving out prizes, and even introduced an incredible piñata filled with gold coins and money!

And to top it all off, the man of the hour on his 21st birthday received one of the coolest gifts we’ve ever seen—his 1st Rolex!

As for the Higuera family, the have won the title of Customer of the Month, and we couldn’t be happier for them! As a token of our appreciation, they will be receiving a custom-made crawfish-related item from the catering crew who worked their event shipped straight to their doorstep—a special keepsake to remember this epic birthday boil bash!

We truly appreciate the Higuera family for choosing us to be part of their joyous occasion. Here’s to many more crawfish boils and celebrations together!
