How Dows It Work?
We collect a 25% booking deposit to officially bookyour event and secure your event date. Our office will reach out to confirm your menu. Approximately 2 -3 weeks prior to your event, we will confirm again, and make any revisions needed. We collect the final balance due on the Monday two weeks prior to your event date. Our office will reach out one last time the week of your event just to make sure nothing has changed and make any revisions to the menu needed.
